Years ago you may have entered your email in a box at SensitiveLeadership.com, hit the “subscribe” button, and waited patiently to receive free trainings on common challenges for highly sensory sensitive folks such as physical fatigue, emotional overwhelm, unsupportive culture, relationship enmeshment or estrangement, and personal purpose confusion. You may have re-entered your email when those trainings never came. You may have totally forgotten you did that.
Alternatively, you may have entered your email in a different box at sensitiveandthriving.com or aneaxford.com many years earlier still, and been receiving messages, posts, courses, and all number of lovely interactions for a time. Until I disappeared.
Well, I am here to follow up on that finally. Today. And on-going. Thanks for your patience. I had a major sensory burnout and unmasking experience. And then I had a baby. E v e r y t h i n g got away from me. I got away from everything. I tried to start getting back into things again right when a global pandemic happened 4 years ago, which was tricky timing for that. I lost childcare just when I started to have it after moving back to NY from UT . . . and things got away yet again. I am really slippery, things get away from me easily. SO a pandemic and a toddler at the same time are like adding greased banana peels to the mix of already surprisingly swift and teflon-like terrain. That baby is now 7 years old and I now have more space to do different things, differently. This is where subtle self comes in. I got a lot more clear on how subtle the sensory self is, and how essential it is to attune with it in order to lead with sensitivity. So subtleself.org is my new online home space. And I am feeling much more at home there, with all my sluggish, slippery, sensitivity.
My apologies for keeping you hanging, not responding, and being totally absent. I did not intend to totally lose myself, but it is what happened and it has not been all bad. I have been working, in some way, on what I wanted to create and offer you. And I have it for you today. I hope it could be all good with time. For now, better is enough. I feel proud of all the work I put into creating a very practical, supportive deck of cards that summarizes the heart of much of what I do and offer and love about life. They are the elementals that all else moves from. They simplify complexity, and feel like magic.

There is more there to read and explore about what I have been up to. And maybe you will want to get a deck for yourself or a friend. Even if you don’t, I think what I have written there is helpful to understand. I hope you will check it out, support, and share - if you feel so called.
If this is not what you are into, please feel free to unsubscribe. And I wish you the best in finding what you are wanting. Sincerely.
I will be back with more for you soon. Thanks for hanging in with me in this subtle world. I look forward to hearing more about where you have been. And how it feels to be here now, and any guesses on where you want to go.
with care, @ne @x
P.S. Remember to go here next. «««
